On today’s True Crime, we investigate the case of Sam Little, whose recent confession to 90 unsolved murders may make him the deadliest serial killer in U.S. history.  The FBI has released sketches, drawn by Little, of his alleged victims in hopes that they may lead to the identities of these women.  Dr. Oz sits down with leading experts to discuss updates on the investigation and what the drawings of Little’s victims reveal about the murderer.
