Monday afternoon crews started to build the infrastructure. Trailers and heavy equipment arrived and unloaded materials of steel and lumber to begin constructing tents.

Rochester’s cold winter didn’t throw the PGA off their timeline. Operations manager Mike Podolinski said Monday was the exact day they planned to start construction when they laid out their schedule one year ago.
