WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – NASCAR returns to Watkins Glen International once again this weekend.

Earlier in the week, NewsChannel 34 Sports Director, Brian Rudman, talked with Senior Vice President and Chief Track Properties Officer at NASCAR, Chip Wile, while driving around the historic road course at Watkins Glen in the pace car.
