BINGHAMTON - With the Eastern League All-Star Classic coming up on Wednesday, the excitement continues to grow for all those who were selected to play.
That excitement can also be felt in those around these players as well.
With five of his guys heading to the midseason classic, Rumble Ponies Manager Luis Rojas talked last week about how it feels on his end seeing his players' skills being acknowledged.
"Very proud of their work. What they did in the first half to earn the spot on that roster. We've played every team but one, and we've seen a lot of talent in this league. And then, to really be on that roster really means a lot for us as a coaching staff, and I'm pretty sure for their teammates too. So, I'm really proud for the work they put in to be there," Rojas said.
Again, the All-Star Classic goes down on Wednesday at Trenton's ARM & HAMMER Park at 7:00 pm.
