Local Sports

The Binghamton Devils were home on Saturday night as they welcomed in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.

The Penguins scored 46 seconds into the game, and had a 3-0 lead in the second period before the BDevs offense woke up.

Blake Pietila lit the lamp twice, with his second tying things at 4 in the 3rd.

However, W-B/S would score 41 seconds into overtime to pick up the 5-4 win.

The AHL is off for the All-Star break the next couple days.

The Devils are back in action on Friday at home against the Rochester Americans.
