Another man who’s playing in the challenger event is Binghamton University student Ludovico Cestarollo.

Cestarollo and his doubles partner, Karl Poling, had a huge upset victory in the 1st round of doubles play last night.

A day later, on National Intern Day, the Industrial Engineering  master’s student is putting in work off the court down at B.U.’s Innovative Technologies Complex.

But, despite having to be in to work early today, it took awhile for the excitement from an evening ago to wear off.

“I tried to go to sleep. But, I guess, the adrenaline was still pumping, and I couldn’t really fall asleep. So, I fell asleep probably around 1:00 am. Then, I woke up this morning. I’m feeling a little tired, but when you have such good feelings, you don’t really care,” Cestarollo said.

Ludo and Poling are scheduled to play in the doubles quarterfinals on Friday.
