Eastern League All-Star game ends in 4-4 tie

It was an electric start to the All-Star Classic Wednesday.

Both Levi Michael and Tebow started.

Michael playing third and batting 5th, while Tebow was the DH batting 9th.

Michael tripled to begin the 2nd and scored the game’s first run.

Tebow followed that up by doubling later that inning.

Michael finished 1-for-2 with a run scored, while Tebow went 1-for-4.

Daniel Zamora pitched one and one-thirds innings, giving up only one hit and striking out two.

David Roseboom faced one batter in the 9th and retired him.

And Patrick Mazeika went 1-for-2 with a single and scored the tying run in the 9th.

In the end, the East fell to the West, 5-4 via a modified home run derby.

The Rumble Ponies are back together on Thursday as they begin a series in Akron with the RubberDucks.
