Bills fans can no longer print tickets starting this year

The Buffalo Bills announced a new mobile ticketing policy on Friday morning.

Starting this next season, fans will no longer be able to print their tickets.

This is being done to cut down on fraudulent tickets, and make the ticketing process easier for fans, according to officials with the team.

Instead, they can use either the My One Buffalo app or BuffaloBills.com to view, transfer, send or sell their tickets.

When those attending Bills games get to New Era Field, they can have their tickets scanned from their smartphones.

Bills EVP of Marketing and Brand Strategy Brent Rossi says “Mobile ticketing is the next chapter in the evolution of ticketing.”

According to Rossi, mobile traffic on ticketmaster.com has gone up by 80 percent over the last five years.

“We understand that this will be a big change for our customers and we are committed to providing resources to make the transition as smooth as possible,” Rossi said.
