On Tuesday, the Binghamton Devils learned who they’ll be facing when it comes time for their home opener this fall.
The B-Devs will have a huge test early, as they’ll welcome in the defending Calder Cup champion Toronto Marlies on opening night.
The Marlies dominated the Devils this past season, beating Binghamton in five out of six games.
Toronto outscored the Devils 20-8 in those six contests.
Binghamton and Toronto drop the puck on Saturday, October 6 at the Floyd L. Maines Arena.
The AHL will announce the entire league’s full schedules sometime on Wednesday.
