Will New York State keep Upstate broadband promise?

By this time next year, New York plans to have stronger broadband access for nearly 100 percent of Upstate New York.

To date, the state has announced dozens of projects as part of the Governor’s $500 million broadband program introduced in 2015.

However, NewsChannel 34’s Nick Perreault spoke with a concerned town supervisor who does not see how New York will  deliver on this promise.
