September 18: Today we’re featuring Animal Adventure Park’s bison.
Bison are the United State’s national mammal, and the largest one at that, as they can reach up to 2,000 pounds in weight.
Adult bison are brown, but when they are young, they have a copper red coloring which makes them look more like cattle.
