Congresswoman Tenney Announces Over $2 Million for Binghamton and Endicott
Washington, D.C.— Today, Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-22) announced $1,148,000 in federal funds to improve Endicott’s Airport Taxiway and an additional $855,000 for the Greater Binghamton Airport to acquire snow and ice removal equipment.
“Upstate New York experiences prolonged periods of severe winter weather that can be extremely damaging to our local infrastructure. This important funding is a vital step in improving our infrastructure, especially during our cold winter months. Funds from this grant will allow Greater Binghamton airport to acquire new snow removal equipment, further improving the airport’s ability to handle Upstate weather conditions and better maintain the integrity of the airport’s infrastructure,” said Congresswoman Claudia Tenney.
