BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - Pope, Schrader & Pope, LLP joins Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP
Mark Gorgos, Managing Partner of Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP, has announced that the Binghamton law firm of Pope, Schrader & Pope, LLP will be joining Coughlin & Gerhart effective January 1, 2019.
Alan Pope, Kurt Schrader, and Rosemarie Pope will each become ‘Of Counsel’ to the Firm.

Alan Pope is a litigator, commercial law attorney, and he represents the Towns of Union, Binghamton and Colesville.
Kurt Schrader, the current Broome County Bar President, has an extensive general law practice, with an emphasis in family and criminal law and general civil litigation.
Rosemarie Pope concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial law, commercial real estate, litigation, and she is the Deputy Town Attorney for the Towns of Union, Binghamton, and Colesville.

Pope, Schrader and Pope will be bringing their existing staff of four with them.
Coughlin & Gerhart will be undergoing construction to expand their offices and parking facilities at their Main Office in Binghamton to accommodate the new attorneys and their clients. Rosemarie Pope stated, “We are deeply committed to the needs of our corporate, municipal, and individual clients. We are anxious to integrate with the overall expertise of Coughlin & Gerhart and we look forward to moving to the Main Office hopefully sometime in March 2019.”
