TIOGA COUNTY – The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office has issued a travel advisory regarding the ongoing storm.
The advisory began at 7 this morning and will continue throughout the day.
The Sheriff’s Office says that if you must be on the roads, use extreme caution and allow for extra time to get to your destination.
