BIG FLATS, N.Y. (WETM) – A plane has landed safely after an emergency landing at the Elmira Corning Regional Airport that took place on Friday afternoon.

According to Director of Aviation Tom Freeman, a pilot radioed into the airport that their plane, a small Cessna, had low oil pressure during the afternoon on Friday, Oct. 20.

The plane landed safely at the airport without incident.
