MAY 4 – Most likely, we’ve all gotten to a point where public displays of affection became a bit too much.

In 1879, a woman living on Henry Street became so frustrated that she decided to do something about it.

A popular place for lovers to meet was on front gate swings, so the woman on Henry Street decided to douse two unsuspecting lovers with a bucket of slop.
