People gathered in Binghamton to learn how to take better care of themselves.
The Southern Tier Wellness Network hosted a hands-on health fair.
Attendees chose topics from a selection of eight different presentations that they were most interested in to listen in on.
Topics included how to prevent disease through nutrition, how to improve health without opioid and the benefits of using certain hemp based products.
Senior Product Consultant for Cubed Products Khieanne Stephenson says how to improve personal well being is something everyone should be concerned with.
“Lots of people are having lots of health problems. They’re looking for answers they want to get better and they’re not sure what path to take sometimes. So we’re giving them answers, we’re giving them hope that there’s a variety of things you can do to get in control of your health and stay in control of your health which is super important,” said Stephenson.
The health fair also featured a variety of vendors that had on display an array of different wellness products and services.
