Area residents will be able to see if they have what it takes to be a part of the Rumble Ponies on-field staff.
The Binghamton Rumble Ponies will be holding The Rumble Factor once again this Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. at the Oakdale Mall.
Anyone is able to audition for the positions of on-field host, PA-announcer, mascot, and for the chance to be a national anthem singer.
Those that think they are made for the job can pre-register on the Rumble Ponies website.
Director of Marketing and Promotions Catie Graf says this gives everybody the opportunity to try something fun and new. “I think it’s great. I think there are people that weren’t really sure if they wanted to do it and this is the opportunity to show us what you got. And hopefully, we’ll be able to book you for a game here in the ballpark.”
The team will also be hosting its annual Meet the Rumble Ponies dinner on April 2nd at the Holiday Inn in Binghamton.
Players will be available for autograph signings and there will be a silent auction to benefit the Steve Kraly Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Tickets are $35 and can be purchased at the NYSEG Stadium Box Office.
