BINGHAMTON, N.Y. – A new yoga studio is looking to help people grow personally, spiritually, mentally and physically.
Revive Yoga located at 100 Old Vestal Road in Vestal will be holding its grand opening tomorrow. Owner and Lead Instructor Ryan Shelley will be teaching power and vinyasa yoga classes and his fellow Newark Valley native Nathan Taber will be instructing yin yoga classes.
Shelley says during the summer they’ll be holding classes on weeknights and keeping the weekends open for workshops. He says he wanted to open his own studio to try and share all the good things yoga has done for him.
“It’s been yoga that’s single handedly been the biggest benefit in finding myself and what’s most important to myself. I’m just really excited to share that with other people as many people that are open to change and open to possibility.”
Shelley says during the summer, their classes will be moderately heated around 85 degrees and when winter comes they will switch to hot yoga. He says they will also be looking to hire more instructors and add more classes. For a full schedule of class times visit ReviveYoga.org
