ELMIRA, N.Y. (18 NEWS) A teenage boy is severely hurt after being hit by an SUV while riding a bike.
Elmira Police say shortly at 2 o’clock Wednesday afternoon, a boy in his late teens was trying to cross Clemens Center Parkway against the light when he was hit by an SUV.
An accident reconstruction team worked to determine more details in the crash this afternoon.
Still no word on the boy’s identity, extent of injuries, or if charges are possible.
