BATH, N.Y. (18 NEWS) Jacob Horn sentenced 22 years to life in prison.
Horn, 24, was sentenced in Steuben County Court Tuesday afternoon for his role in the October 2013 death of Phillip Lough. Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker said Horn will serve 22 years to life for the second-degree murder charge, in addition to some smaller and concurrent sentences for evidence tampering, and criminal possession of a weapon, which he was also found guilty of. Horn was convicted on the charges in early November.
