Mazda is recalling another 270,000 vehicles due to reported issues with faulty Takata airbags, according to reports.
The airbags have been the center of a larger recall in recent years, affecting multiple car manufacturers, after a design flaw caused the safety devices to explode in some cases, resulting in deaths.
According to the AP, the new recall affects 2003-2008 Mazda6, 2006-2007 Mazdaspeed6 and 2004 MPV vehicles
Last August, Mazda recalled nearly 80,000 vehicles for the same reason.
