Mike Korchak is the official Broome County District Attorney.
Libertarian candidate Mike Korchak lead Battisti by 55 votes after the general election and absentee ballot count.
Battisti requested a hand recount of the vote.
He was denied by the State Supreme Court Judge, Richard Rich Jr., on Tuesday.
Korchack will be sworn in January 1st, 2020.
