A Pennsylvania man has been arrested after allegedly leading police on a chase and trying to hit officers with his truck.
Nineteen-year old Elisha Newhart of Mucky Run Road in Susquehanna has been charged with aggravated assault.
State Police responded to the property just after 1 p.m. on Monday afternoon.
Police say they were serving an arrest warrant and Newhart fled the scene in his truck, leading police on a high-speed chase for nine miles.
Police also say Newhart tried to strike multiple Troopers with the truck, which caused officers to fire shots at the suspect.
Newhart crashed the vehicle, fled to a wooded area and hid inside a cabin where he was taken into custody.
Nobody was injured.
