911 calls reporting drug overdoses continue to pour into Broome County dispatch.
The County Executive’s office released OD call data for the year through the end of November, and the number of calls continues to average just under two per day.
There were 56 instances in November when a caller mentioned either “overdose” or OD for a total of 592 in 2017 so far.
The high water mark was 85 in March, the low was 20 last January.
The numbers include any sort of drug overdose, not just heroin or opioid painkillers.
