A local yoga studio has a new home where it looks to provide something for everyone.
Organic Yoga was founded 4 years ago in Johnson City and moved to 108 North Jensen Road in Vestal behind Kampai.
The studio offers a wide range of non-heated classes with a level of difficulty for all levels including power flow, mellow flow and simple flow.
Owner Bryce Farrell says they offer about 20 classes a week, mainly in the evenings, with drop-ins welcomed.
She says she started the studio to make yoga accessible for all.
“I love yoga because it combines movement, exercise and health and wellness with working with people. And that’s what I love to do. All of my team teaches different styles of yoga and they have their own unique backgrounds and interests and they incorporate those into their classes so there’s a lot of variety.”
Organic Yoga has a variety of events this summer including a kids camp for children 8 to 12, mother-daughter classes and girl power classes
