A local web design and development company that started with one person has expanded its workspace and workforce.

FreshySites has moved its headquarters from Court Street in Downtown Binghamton to the Carriage House behind Roberson Mansion, above Clayworks.

The company was founded by Ben Giordano in 2011 and has grown to 16 employees serving 1,100 local, regional, and national clients.

The new office at 34 Front Street includes an open work space, individual meeting areas, a kitchen, and conference areas.

Giordano says the building fits both the company’s needs and identity.

“When they walk upstairs and see our main workspace, everyone has the same “whoa” reaction.  There are so many buildings in Downtown Binghamton, plus this building itself is very historic and has a ton of character.  It fits our brand and our mission as a company,” said Giordano.

FreshySites has its own parking area and plans to partner with Roberson.

Giordano just hired a new junior designer and says he’s committed to the Binghamton area.
