CORTLAND COUNTY., NY – A Cortland County man is accused of having child porn.

New York State Police charged 25 year-old Mason Kneedler with 5 counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child.

THe investigation began following a cyber tip made to the New York State Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
