Tomorrow is the 10th anniversary of one of the darkest days in Binghamton history.
Services are planned to honor the 13 victims of the American Civic Association massacre that took place on April 3rd, 2009.
The Civic Association and the Crime Victims Assistance Center are holding a joint news conference outside of the ACA on Front Street tomorrow at 10 A-M.
Afterward, attendees are invited to join a memorial walk down to the ACA Memorial Park at the corner of Front and Clinton to join family members of the victims for their annual remembrance ceremony at 10:30.
Mayor Rich David and former Mayor Matt Ryan have bee invited to make remarks.
Then, tomorrow evening back at the ACA there will be a Tribute Service with music and candle-lighting at 5:30 followed by a Vigil Service at 6:30.
