JOHNSON CITY N.Y -An Endicott man has been arrested for sexual contact with a 15 year-old girl.
Johnson City Police charged 25 year-old Carlos Padron with rape, criminal sexual act and endenagering the welfare of a child.
Police say the crimes took place over a period of time at a location in Johnson City.
