JOHNSON CITY, NY Police arrested a Johnson City woman on Thursday for sealing from a developmentally disabled man.
41 year-old Margo Reynolds stole $26,000 from the 66-year old man.
She reportedly used the money to pay off her mortgage.
She was released with an appearance ticket and no bail, in accordance with the new New York State law.
