BINGHAMTON, NY – It was quite a morning for Binghamton residents who woke up to find over 3 feet of snow.
According to the National Weather Service, 41 inches had already fallen by 6:40 this morning.
Broome County is in a State of Emergency as of 10:30 on Thursday, and there is a No Travel Advisory out.
