Funeral services and calling hours have been announced for Trooper Nicholas Clark.
The 29-year-old was killed while responding to a suicidal individual near the Corning area early Monday morning.
Clark was a trooper for three years before his death. He was highly revered at Alfred University where he played football. He graduated in 2011.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, July 7, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the James A. McLane Physical Education Center at Alfred University.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 8, at 11 a.m. at the same venue as the calling hours.
The public can attend the calling hours.
Parking is available at Alfred State College.
