UPDATE (03.06.2019) – On Tuesday, the Broome County Sheriff’s Office Warrants Division found Jackson at his mother’s address in Elmira.
Jackson was taken to the Binghamton Police Department and then City Court to appear for his Criminal Mischief warrant.
Jackson is in the county jail waiting for his court date.
The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is looking for help in finding a man wanted on an outstanding warrant.
Jackson Welfel is wanted for Violation of Probation, Burglary.

Deputies describe Welfel as a white male with blue eyes and blonde hair.
They say he is 6′ and weighs 160 pounds.
