FEATURED WARRANT: Deputies looking for Charles Terwilliger – Captured

UPDATE 01/02/2019:  On Monday, December 31 Terwilliger was arrested at a local motel on Old Front Street in the Town of Dickinson without incident.  

During the arrest, Terwilliger was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and a suboxone strip and was processed on two charges of Criminal Possession of a controlled substance.

He was then remanded to the Broome County Sheriff’s Office for violation of probation charge and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is looking for help in finding a man wanted on an outstanding warrant.

Charles F. Terwilliger is wanted for violation of probation and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

The photo above, provided by the Sheriff’s Office, was taken in April.

Deputies describe Terwilliger as a white male with brown eyes and gray hair.

They say he is 5′ 10″ and weighs 235 pounds.
