CONKLIN, NY – A Conklin man is being accused of having inappropriate contact with 2 girls.

The Broome County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year-old John Ballard and charged him with forcible touching and 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Ballard was issued an appearance ticket to return to Town of Conklin Court at a future date.
