An Endicott man has been found not guilty of sex crimes following a bench trial.
42 year-old Jermaine Fullard had been accused of raping a 30 year-old female acquaintance at a home in the village in January of last year.
Broome County Court Judge Joe Cawley issued his verdict this morning.
Fullard was found guilty of obstructing governmental administration.
Endicott Police said that following his arrest, he became combative during processing, attempting to punch and kick the officers.
Fullard was represented by Alyssa Congdon of the Jackson Bergman law firm.
