The Vestal Parkway’s biggest new addition will officially open its doors to the public.
The 434 Sportsplex located on the Parkway next to Chucksters, will hold its ribbon cutting ceremony followed by the inaugural Winterfest later in the day.
Winterfest will feature a wide variety of activities for kids including bounce houses, crafts, tattoos, games and more; there will also be a DJ and food.
434 Sportsplex Owner Chris Riley says he views Winterfest as the official introduction to the community. “It’s something that I have envisioned since I got this place up and running. I wanted to offer something more than just soccer in here. There’s been a lot of anticipation for what this building is so it’s a chance for families to come out and see the building and enjoy some good events.”
Winterfest will take place tomorrow from 5:30 to 8:30.
Tickets for children 6 and under are free, older children are $5 and adults are $8.
The tickets grant you access to all that Winterfest has to offer.
