Protesters take to downtown Binghamton Sunday afternoon

BINGHAMTON, NY – With protests popping up all over the country, Binghamton hosted two on Sunday.

Protesters gathered next to the Marin Luther King Jr. statue on Water Street to protest unnecessary abuse by police against people of color.

The group marched to Government Plaza through Court Street.

Some from this group joined another protests, organized by PLOT, which lead through Main Street.
