WINDSOR, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – In the Class B semifinal, Owego did not allow a point in the second half to beat Windsor 21-20.
Early in the 4th quarter, the River Hawks recovered a fumble on the Windsor 2-yard line and scored on the next play with Joseph Palladino punching it in on the handoff.
