NORWICH, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – The Owego River Hawks braved the storm Friday night, beating out the Norwich Purple Tornado in a 22-19 game.
The River Hawks ground game got them out to a running start, but their early lead was soon slashed by some big plays from the Norwich defense.
