Temperatures will range from a high of 26 to a low of 24 degrees with cloudy skies. Winds will range between 3 and 8 miles per hour from the north. Anticipate snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches.
Friday will be a blustery day across the Southern Tier with temperatures dropping into the teens with occasional snow showers. An inch or two of accumulation is possible by Friday evening. The weekend is going to be a cold one. Daytime highs will only reach in the teens, with the chance of snow showers to arrive by Sunday night.
