Robbery at Five Star Deli

Binghamton Police are investigating another robbery in the city that occurred over the weekend.

Police say a white man robbed the Five Star Deli and Convenience Store at the corner of Oak and Leroy Streets at about 8:30 Saturday evening. The suspect is described as 5 ft. 8 to 5 ft. 9 with a muscular build. He was wearing a grey long sleeve Henley shirt, black gloves, dark pants, a black open-face ski mask and sunglasses. The robber also displayed a silver colored handgun and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, mostly in $1 bills.

The Binghamton Police Department is offering a $1000.00 reward for the arrest and conviction of the suspect in the recent string of robberies.

He was last seen running north on Oak Street. Anyone with information is asked to contact Binghamton Detectives at (607) 772-7080.
