Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - The Syracuse University Orange topped off their final exhibition game with a blowout victory over Ryerson on Tuesday in the Carrier Dome.

The Orange won in dominant fashion, finishing off the Rams 81-46.

Senior forward CJ Fair looked strong in the final tune-up before the opener, posting a team-high 18 points.

Sophomore forward DaJuan Coleman used his size on his way to a double-double, posting 11 points and 10 rebounds. Coleman shot well from the free-throw line, but Syracuse overall struggled as a team from the foul-line Tuesday night.

Freshman guard Tyler Ennis, a preseason award nominee, had a respectable showing with 7 points, 5 assist and 4 steals.

SU forced 24 turnovers while only committing 12, an area the team had struggled with throughout exhibition play.

The Orange also looked strong on the boards, grabbing 21 offensive rebounds that lead to 22 second chance points for head coach Jim Boeheim and crew.

A 18-0 run early in the second half helped SU put Ryerson away.

Up next, the Orange will face Cornell University to kick-off the regular season on Friday, Nov. 8 at 7 p.m. at the Carrier Dome.
