Liquid Me to Deliver First Shire Pub Performance in a Year

From Liquid Me:

Regional hard rock trio, Liquid Me, will deliver their first performance at The Shire Pub in a year this Saturday night. Showtime will be 9:30pm, and there will be no cover charge.

Liquid Me, and producer Jeff Da Bella (Mansion Audio, Johnson City, NY), have been chipping away at the band’s new album for over a year, with the majority of the recording taking place at DMS Studios in Clarksville, NY (engineer Arthur Scott Verner). As such, the band’s public performances have been few-and-far between in 2013.

Da Bella explained that the work, and sacrifice, will soon be paying off. “Great example of producer and artist on the same page,” he explained. “Trust me: this record is going to be sick.” The new album is slated for release in the spring of 2014.

Da Bella will be joined by famed Los Angeles producer, Seth Atkins Horan, in the mixing of select tracks on the upcoming Liquid Me album. Horan has been nominated for 2013 Latin Grammy awards for Record of the Year (“More and More,” Draco Rosa, featuring Ricky Martin), and Album of the Year (Life, Draco Rosa), and was awarded the Latin Grammy for Best Rock Album in 2009 (Teatro, Draco Rosa).

“We can’t wait to get the new stuff out,” explained Lotus, Liquid Me front-man, “and we’re very thankful to be working with such amazing, talented, friends.”
