Carousel Presents has joined the Gorgeous Washington Street Association and plans to put on concerts every First Friday. The Albany-area jam band Black Mountain Symphony will play at the Cyber Cafe on Main Street on the First Friday of November. Carousel's Publisher says there's a lot of stuff for his paper to cover.

"Community building. And trying to prove to people that there's something going on in this town. And that they don't have to sit home and complain about Binghamton every night because there's a lot going on every night," said Chris Bodnarczuk.

The 9th edition of Triple Cities Carousel comes out tomorrow with artwork by Roz Salati on the cover. Black Mountain Symphony begins at 9 p.m. Admission is $5.
