Tournament Director Proud of This Year's Open

All three days of the Dick's Sporting Goods Open were packed with excitement.
It's his fifth victory this season and 23rd on the Champions Tour.

We're talking about Bernhard Langer who took home the Dick's Sporting Goods Open trophy as he beat Woody Austin and Mark O'Meara by one shot on Sunday.

All three days of the Dick's Open were packed with excitement.

The open featured a record breaking round of 59 being shot on Saturday and the Zac Brown concert on Friday night.

Tournament Director John Karedes said the tournament is one he will remember for years to come.

"It's just an incredible feeling. Everyone has worked so hard and not to discredit any of our previous seven champions, but to have Charles Schwab cup points leader, World Golf Hall of Fame member, someone known around the globe like Bernhard Langer as our champion is just an incredible, incredible thing," said Karedes.
