Second Annual Anti-Drug Forum Set for Saturday

The second annual Anti-Drug Forum will be held this Saturday.
The second annual Anti-Drug Forum will be held this Saturday.

The goal is to educate people in the community about the drug problem in the area and what treatment options are available. Forum participants include Mayor Rich David, Sheriff Dave Harder, Broome County District Attorney Jerry Mollen, the City of Binghamton Police Department and the Addiction Center of Broome County. The Forum is sponsored by Hands of Hope Ministries and United Presbyterian Church of Binghamton.

"This is all in the effort to keep our city and communities both safe and healthy communities to live in," said Rev. Henry Ausby.

The Anti-Drug Forum will be this Saturday at United Presbyterian Church at 42 Chenango St. in Binghamton. The forum and concert will begin at 3 p.m. There will be a free dinner at 5 p.m.
