Chilly air will remain over the Twin Tiers this evening and overnight. Temperatures will approach record lows again tonight under mostly clear skies. However, Thursday will end up being much warmer with afternoon temperatures in the middle 50s.

Our quick warm-up is due to a shift in winds back to the south. Skies will remain mostly sunny Thursday into Friday, making for a pleasant end to the work week. Showers could return to the area Friday night into Saturday.

This weekend, a few showers will be possible Saturday as an unimpressive upper level disturbance passes. This disturbance is expected to be east of our area by Easter Sunday, and an upper level ridge should make for a sunnier afternoon for the second day of the weekend. Showers will be possible Monday and Tuesday.
