FMK Karate in Port Dickinson is Greater Binghamton Chamber's Business of the Week.

Owner, Frank Kushner, has been studying karate for the past 45 years. He's had FMK on Chenango Street for the last 25 years. Kushner says karate is a great way for adults and kids to let go of stress. It also has other health benefits, including helping people improve their balance, lower their blood pressure and build their confidence.

"I"m proud that a lot of people in the area know us, trust us. Just about a week ago I got a call from a woman who wanted her child to come here. She said, I hear you're the kid whisperer. I never heard that before, I thought that was really neat," said Kushner.

Kushner says all ages and skill levels are welcome. For more information, log onto FMKKarateSchool.com.
